EndoWell offers telehealth. Tell us where you are when you write, and we will coordinate the visit with you. If you would rather come in person, families from anywhere are welcome in New York.
Before you ask
Call or message the practice with your question and we will tell you whether a video visit fits it. The team confirms the details and schedules the appointment.
Who telehealth can be appropriate for
- Follow-up visits when the examination is not the deciding factor
- Reviewing laboratory results and explaining what they mean
- Second opinions based on records you already have
- Conversations about a treatment plan, its options and its monitoring
- Families who live far from New York City and are deciding whether to travel
What usually needs an in-person visit
A first pediatric evaluation often depends on measurements and a physical examination: height measured correctly, pubertal staging, thyroid examination. When that is the case, we will say so rather than schedule a visit that cannot answer your question.
The platform
By starting a telehealth visit, you confirm where you are that day, and you agree to tell us if that changes before or during the visit.
Visits take place on Zoom for Healthcare, a secure video platform, under a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA). Once the appointment is confirmed, the team sends you the link; there is no automatic booking calendar.
