Families outside the United States write to EndoWell for a careful review of an endocrine condition their child is already being treated for. Here is what that can and cannot include.
EndoWell welcomes international patients, in person in New York and by telehealth.
An international consultation is a careful review and a conversation: Dr. Luisa goes through the records with you and explains what she sees and what she would ask next. It does not replace the physician treating your child, and the day-to-day care stays with the team where you live.
If you are traveling to New York, tell us when you write and we will arrange an in-person consultation around your dates, depending on availability. If you would rather not travel, tell us where you are when you write and we will coordinate a telehealth visit with you.
Tell us where you are located and what question you want reviewed. Our team will explain the options and what to send.
Describe, in general terms, the question you want reviewed.
Our team explains what to send and in what format. Spanish or English are both fine.
Dr. Luisa reviews the records before the consultation.
In English or Spanish, followed by a written summary of the reasoning when appropriate.
